The vibe there was so relaxed and chilled, and it truly felt like a hidden gem. the view from the bar/restaurant area was simply breathtaking, with the most incredible colors of the sea. the food was delicious, and I loved that I could eat anytime during the day. the owner and his wife were very friendly, and the staff were fantastic. I can't wait to go back!

The location is perfect, right on the beach with stunning sunsets. It's also conveniently close to must-see beaches like Falassana, Elafonisi, and Balos. the staff were truly excellent, going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. the owner even arranged transportation for us and personally drove us to the Rent-A-Car the next day. the family-run atmosphere made us feel like we were being taken care of by our own Greek mother. the food was delicious and fresh, just like home cooking. We can't wait to come back and will definitely be recommending Naya to all our friends!

During my recent travels, I had the pleasure of staying at Naya, a hotel located in the charming town of Kissamos. Although my stay was only for transit, there were a few standout features that I appreciated. the hotel's convenient location near the nearest airport, which was only 43 km away, made my journey hassle-free. Being able to easily access the airport allowed me to maximize my time exploring the beautiful surroundings of Kissamos.

While this was not a major issue for me, it is worth mentioning for those seeking more spacious accommodations.

The relaxed and friendly atmosphere at the beach bar with great beach facilities. Clean and well-equipped rooms. Excellent breakfast. Perfect for those with physical handicaps.

Felt like treated like royalty, no reason to complain.

I had a wonderful time staying at this cozy small family hotel located at a quiet beach. The friendly and kind staff made me feel at home. The restaurant served delicious food. The location was perfect for exploring the west part of Crete with a rental car. The beach, though covered with stones, had a rocky bottom for the first meter and a sandy bottom thereafter, making it ideal for a peaceful and relaxing vacation.

The occasional parties at the bar until 5 am and the hotel's isolation without a car could be a drawback. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this place for a soulful rest.

The location was perfect for a quiet beach vacation during Christmas. the scenery was beautiful, and the beach was clean and peaceful. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and made us feel at home. the food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, and we also enjoyed exploring other restaurants in the nearby town. the stay was highly enjoyable and we would definitely recommend it.

The room itself was not very comfortable and not ideal for spending a lot of time in. However, we made use of the common area in the restaurant which was more comfortable.
